Jennifer Eubanks, CPA, and former DCAA auditor, purchased a solo tax practice from a retiring CPA in 2014 and from that base launched CPA Department. CPA Department is a boutique CPA firm serving government contractors and commercial businesses. Jennifer brings clients a diverse skill set acquired throughout her career in roles as CFO of a telecommunications company, DCAA auditor for Northrup Grumman, and corporate controller for a leading public company.
CPA Department provides sophisticated, strategic, outsourced accounting, business consulting, tax preparation, and financial services to small and mid-sized organizations and their owners nationwide, and to foreign organizations interested in doing business with the US Government.
In her current role, Jennifer and her team partner with businesses in pursuit of corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and in need of outsourced accounting, controller, CFO, and back-office services. She provides pricing and proposal support and designs financial strategies for enhancing operational growth, implementing strategic financial management, and managing accounting departments.
Jennifer is recognized for her inspirational leadership along with her integrity, thoughtfulness, and client-centric approach. Her mission is to help the few do good for the many. She recognizes government contractors are unique businesses, having unique needs, and requiring specific skillsets.
