Capital One still not accepting applications for the Paycheck Protection Program

While most banks have successfully rolled out online portals to accept Payroll Protection Program applications, Capital One remains closed for applications.

Businesses who bank with Capital One are looking for other options. Below is a link to a list of banks taking applications from new customers, compiled by Forbes Magazine.

We understand Gusto is rolling out a program as well for Gusto customers, and Intuit is launching a program for Intuit clients.

This from Gusto:

We’re thrilled to announce that we are now up and running with multiple partners that have more capacity to service loans for Gusto customers.

This from Intuit:

On Sunday, we shared our plan to launch an application prep process for the Paycheck Protection Program, followed by loan application submission and funding capabilities.

Instead of launching the application prep process first and then the application submission process, our goal is to launch both a loan application and funding process for the Paycheck Protection Program at the same time. As previously shared, it will first be available to a subset of our QuickBooks Online Payroll customers. We’ll be actively working to support additional QuickBooks and Intuit Online Payroll customers.
